She got her "feet wet" as a teenager in her mother and aunts escrow company, Park Place Escrow and went on to the Chicago Title Company. She has been with Santa Monica Escrow since it's inception. Kelly has full comprehension and knowledge of what it takes to effectively close escrows. She genuinely enjoys the escrow business which makes her a popular gal in the Real Estate Community. After learning the workings of escrow as an officer, Bridget found her niche working in the field with the Real Estate Community. Out from behind her desk, she has taken her knowledge and talent "to the streets". Her bubbling personality makes it easy for Bridget to tighten and strengthen the gap between agents and their clients. In this hectic life we lead, going TO the client relieves the tight schedules. It was a natural for Carol to open Santa Monica Escrow in 1987, after getting her initial education as a partner in Park Place Escrow Company. She has served in the Title Insurance Industry since 1976. Carol is very involved in the California Real Estate Community.
